Privacy
The data controller is Another. To ask about your data, object to a use of it, or ask for a copy or deletion, write to hello@another.page.
The assistant
If you message Another, we keep what we need to reply: the messages you send, a private memory of that conversation, and files you choose to send, such as voice notes, photos and PDFs. If you take your own assistant, we also keep the link to your own WhatsApp and the mailbox created for that assistant. We use this to provide the assistant you asked for. You can ask us to delete it.
Email to businesses
We may email a business address that appears on a public business website, to introduce Another. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling a business about a service that fits how they already take bookings and enquiries. You can object at any time. Reply to the email with stop, unsubscribe or remove, or write to hello@another.page. We then stop, and we keep a record of that objection so we do not write again.
How long we keep it
Conversation data is kept while the conversation is in use. Outreach records are kept so we know who we have written to. An objection is kept for as long as we need it to honour that objection. You can ask hello@another.page what we hold and ask us to delete what we no longer need.
