Question 1

What is Another?

Accepted Answer

Another is a personal AI assistant who lives on WhatsApp. You write to her at +372 5740 4000 like you would write to a person, and she answers: she searches, explains, remembers, reminds and keeps you company in conversation.

Question 2

How do I start talking to Another?

Accepted Answer

Save +372 5740 4000 in your contacts or open https://wa.me/37257404000 and send a message on WhatsApp. There is no app to install and no account to create.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Talking to Another is free. Your own assistant is a monthly subscription, priced for you: there is no price list. Tell Another who you are and what you need, and she will make you an offer. Let's talk. There is also Anie, by invitation.

Question 4

Which languages does Another speak?

Accepted Answer

She answers in the language of your last message, most often English or Estonian, and switches when you do. Most other major languages work as well.

Question 5

Does Another remember me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each person has their own private memory: your name, what you have told her and a running summary of your conversation, so you do not have to start from zero.

Question 6

Can Another understand voice notes, photos and documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a voice note, a photo, a PDF or a short video and she reads, listens or watches before she answers.

Question 7

Can Another work inside my own WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Another can set you up with your own assistant that lives in your own WhatsApp, in your "Message yourself" chat. You link it like WhatsApp Web, with a code Another gives you. It reads your chats when you ask (who is waiting, what someone said), drafts messages and sends them only after you say yes, keeps reminders and notes, and works the way your work needs. It also gets its own e-mail address (yourname@another.page): hand it out or forward mail to it, it tells you when mail arrives, and it answers by e-mail only after your yes. You can remove it any time in Linked devices.

Question 8

Can I add Another to a WhatsApp group?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In a group she stays quiet until someone mentions her, replies to one of her messages or starts a message with her name, for example: Another, what time is sunset today?

Question 9

Who made Another and how does she work?

Accepted Answer

Another was made by Ando Kivilaid in Tallinn, Estonia. She runs on Cloudflare and writes her replies with large language models, Google Gemini by default. Each conversation has its own memory.
